These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and philbeth (the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at philbeth.net (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement is drafted in compliance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
⚠️ Important: The Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: (a) clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance checkbox during registration; (b) completing the registration process and creating an Account; (c) depositing funds into an Account; or (d) placing any wager on the Platform.
By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law; (iii) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (iv) all information provided to philbeth during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and current.
philbeth reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email or prominent Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
🔞 Minimum Age: 21 Years Old. This is a mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement. philbeth does not permit access to any person under 21 years of age, without exception.
To be eligible to register and use the philbeth Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
philbeth reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, and voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the period specified by philbeth will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.
Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and all Balances and Winnings therein will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update your profile if any details change. philbeth will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact or payment information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. philbeth will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact philbeth Support immediately. philbeth shall not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
philbeth conducts KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). You consent to philbeth collecting, verifying, and processing your identity documents as a condition of using the Platform. Withdrawal of funds from your Account may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
philbeth accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. As of the effective date of this Agreement, accepted methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20). philbeth reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
💰 Minimum Deposit: ₱100 for all payment methods. Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied at the Platform level.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources will be returned, and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
philbeth does not charge deposit fees at the Platform level; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which philbeth accepts no responsibility. Deposits are subject to AML review. philbeth reserves the right to delay crediting of deposits pending AML verification for transactions exceeding PAGCOR-specified reporting thresholds.
Withdrawal of real-money Balance is available to Players who have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational availability. philbeth reserves the right to require withdrawal via a different method in cases where the original deposit method is unavailable or where AML considerations so require.
Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of submission for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution's clearing timelines. philbeth is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
philbeth reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding PAGCOR-specified thresholds. During any such review period, the withdrawal amount will remain in the Player's Account. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to complete the review.
📌 Note: Bonus Funds and promotional credits may not be withdrawn directly. Only Winnings generated from eligible gameplay using Bonus Funds, subject to applicable wagering requirements, are convertible to withdrawable real-money Balance.

Each Game available on the philbeth Platform is governed by its own specific rules published within the Game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to this Agreement. In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay, bets placed during the malfunction may be voided and Stakes refunded at philbeth's discretion.
All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by the applicable game provider's certification authority. philbeth does not modify game logic or RTP rates after certification and publishes applicable return-to-player information as required by PAGCOR.
Sports betting outcomes and e-sabong results are determined by the official result of the underlying event as recognized by the relevant governing body or streaming partner. philbeth's determination of the outcome of any Game or bet shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
philbeth reserves the right to void any bet where the Stake was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, where the bet formed part of a coordinated abuse strategy, or where the outcome of the underlying event has been subject to manipulation or corruption.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philbeth Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
philbeth reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon detection of prohibited conduct, including but not limited to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
philbeth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; (c) fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity; (d) self-exclusion or cooling-off request by the Player; (e) direction from PAGCOR or a competent legal authority; or (f) any other reason that philbeth reasonably determines to be in the interest of Platform integrity or regulatory compliance.
Upon closure of an Account for breach, any remaining real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds and associated conditional Winnings will be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request without any outstanding breach, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method after applicable AML checks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with this Agreement. No licence is granted to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, or create derivative works from any philbeth intellectual property without prior written authorisation from the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philbeth shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform; (b) losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or interruptions to Platform availability; (c) decisions made by Players based on information published on the Platform; (d) the conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or technology partners; or (e) any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law. philbeth's total aggregate liability to any Player arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not, in any event, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
philbeth processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at philbeth.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
philbeth complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, as well as PAGCOR's data handling requirements for licensed online gaming operators. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience.
philbeth does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceeding, you agree to contact philbeth Support and provide philbeth with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute through internal dispute resolution. philbeth commits to providing a written response to formally submitted complaints within ten (10) business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint channels.
philbeth reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — philbeth will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by prominent Platform notification.
Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing terms, or additions relating to new features) may be made without advance notice. The current version of this Agreement, marked with its effective date, is always available at philbeth.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amendments, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
